Kochi Yosakoi Ambassador KIZUNA International Team
Yosakoi is a unique dance form that originated in Kochi, Japan. Yosakoi combines modern and traditional styles and includes elements of jazz, hip-hop, and aerobics. Team leader, Takako Segawa, is a professional contemporary dancer, choreographer, and native of Kochi. We are truly international in scope, with 2024 performances planned at festivals and parades across Canada—including in Toronto, Sudbury, Vancouver–and in New York and San Francisco.
